Join Troop 15

Youth can join Scouts BSA if they are: 

• At least 10 years old, currently in the fifth grade and register on or after March 1st; OR 

• Have earned the Arrow of Light Award and are at least 10 years old; OR 

• Are age 11 but have not reached age 18.

1. Adult Application & Background Check Form  REQUIRED

   • • Scoutmaster's Welcome Letter & Expectations 

     • New Parent Orientation

     • Summary of Certifications that Parents Need

     • New Parent Gear Review

     • Checklist and "Ten Essentials"

2. Safeguarding Youth Training ("SYT") REQUIRED

   • Guide on creating your own My.Scouting account

3. VIRTUS website REQUIRED

4. Medical Forms (Click here for a tutorial ) REQUIRED FOR ACTIVITIES

Adult Volunteers 

Required Items

1. Scout Parents & Guardians Items 1 through 4 (above)

2. Request for LiveScan Form REQUIRED

   • Local LiveScan Vendor Info

3. Mandated Reporter ("MRT" or "AB-506")* REQUIRED

*Note: For Mandated Reporter, enter council Zip Code 94588 to take at no cost.
